MAXIMIZE YOUR SPRAYING WORK
Using a track system significantly increases spraying boom stability. As a result, it can be lowered closer to the plants for improved spray coverage. This translates into less drift, which in turn means considerably reduced chemical losses during spraying.

The S-TECH 7016 boasts a contact surface of 1,136 in² (0.73 m²) per axle. With the improved traction and flotation, you’ll have access to your fields even when soil is soft and soggy.

MOVE BETWEEN YOUR ROWS WITHOUT DAMAGING YOUR CROPS
The S-TECH 7016’s tracks are narrow. Thanks to their 406 mm (16 in) width, you’ll be able to move with precision in your fields, while protecting your precious plants. Our tracks have a narrow 16 in footprint, but they offer a much larger ground contact area than tires of equivalent width.

What is the difference between the ground contact area of the S-TECH 7016 and that of tires?

When you replace tires of equivalent width (16") with the S-TECH 7016 track system, the ground contact area is approximately 3.5 times larger.

How do I install the S-TECH 7016 on my self-propelled sprayer?

S-TECH 7016 installation doesn’t require any welding, cutting or machining on your self-propelled sprayer. Your rim should be at least 1,168 mm (46 in.). Although no special tools are required, you’ll need lifting equipment. The first installation of the 2-track system takes approximately 7.5 person-hours. The first installation of the 4-track system requires the assistance of at least 2 people and takes 15 person-hours. You can go back to the tires during the season if you wish. The conversion is quick and the support can remain on the sprayer. You will find detailed explanations for each of the steps to follow in the Soucy User Guide.

What is the life span of the S-TECH 7016?

The life span depends on track system maintenance, compliance with best practices and the type of soil. You will find all the information you need to maximize the life span of your S-TECH 7016 in your Soucy User Guide.

Does the S-TECH 7016 come with a warranty?

All new S-TECH 7016s sold by an authorized dealer are covered by a warranty. Details on the warranty and registration procedures for your track system can be found in your Soucy User Guide.

Can I use an adapter on the S-TECH 7016 if it’s not compatible with my self-propelled sprayer model?

Our S-TECH 7016 track system for self-propelled sprayers is compatible only with John Deere models 4730, 4830, R4030, R4038 and R4044.
